To save lives by ensuring individuals with opioid use disorder have access to medication assisted treatment in conjunction with comprehensive, evidence-based psychosocial and recovery support services.
In response to COVID-19, Siyan Clinical is now offering patients psychiatric services via telehealth. While we are still open for on-site appointments, patients can opt for virtual appointments.

Opioids are highly addictive drugs that are often prescribed as painkillers. In conjunction with alleviating pain, opioids have the ability to activate the reward pathways of the brain granting them a higher potential for abuse. Forms of opioids include morphine, codeine, heroin, Vicodin, and several other addictive drugs. As one of the most abused substances, it is likely that you are visiting this page because either you or a loved one are struggling with opioids and are seeking recovery.
Since January 2019, 137 individuals with OUD have enrolled in Project Hope. It is our goal to serve a total of 225 unduplicated adults with OUD by September 2021.
Our psychiatrists, nurse practitioners and licensed clinical social workers work closely with your case manager to deliver an individualized treatment plan that fits your preferences and lifestyle.
We are proud to say that our evidence-based treatment approach offers an effective pathway towards recovery. At a 3-month follow-up, 63% of Project Hope patients abstained from alcohol and illicit drugs. At a 6-month follow-up, 62% of Project Hope patients abstained from alcohol and illicit drugs.
