Dr. Shah is the President and CEO of Siyan Clinical Research located in Santa Rosa, CA. Dr. Shah completed his residency at the University of Illinois in Chicago, Illinois.

Dr. Kothapalli, MD currently works as a psychiatric clinical researcher at Siyan Clinical Research. He has extensive clinical research experience in psychiatric disorders and substance abuse disorders.

Jeannie LeMesurier, PhD. is a clinical psychologist, life coach, and motivational speaker. She has over 30 years’ experience working with both children and adults providing diagnostic evaluations

Tiffany received both her M.S. in health services administration and B.S. in public administration with a minor in nonprofit management from the University of Central Florida.

As Health Services Administrator, Amanda manages and coordinates health services and medical practices for the physicians of Siyan Clinical Corporation.

Tiffany Figuero, FNP has worked in the medical profession – starting off in emergency medicine for about 9 years. What brought Tiffany into the world of medicine is her passion for helping people.

Aubree Vance Tovrea is a Psychotherapist with over 10 years of experience working with adults struggling with mental health and substance use disorder

Thomas H O’Donnell is a Substance Use Counselor in the Project Hope Program-Medicated Assisted Treatment here at Siyan. Thomas is a certified CCAPP

Dr. Bhadare is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with experience in community mental health providing individual and group psychotherapy and conducting diagnostic assessments.
